Was associated with M/s I. M. Puri & Co., Chartered Accountants as Partner for three years.

A Commerce graduate and fellow member of the Institute of chartered accountants of India, with excellent professional and educational track record. Did his articles with one of the leading firms of Chartered Accountants; M/s I. M. Puri & Co., New Delhi and thereafter engaged in the CA profession. He passed the chartered accountancy course in May, 2005.

He was associated as Partner with M/s I. M. Puri & Co., Chartered Accountants, a leading chartered accountancy firm from December, 2005 to January, 2009. Thereafter in January 2009, he founded M/s VD & Associates, an emerging firm in the chartered accountancy profession.

He has over thirteen years of valuable experience in financial, internal & tax audits, management/efficiency audits, due - diligence studies, internal control systems analysis and development, joint ventures & mergers, taxation and financial matters, etc. He is rendering consultancy in corporate restructuring, Direct Taxation (including international taxation), corporate law matters, financial management, internal controls systems & internal audits with special bias on cost control and cost reduction in industrial and commercial concerns and Management Information Systems. His experience includes many large multinational and domestic companies, Banks, PSU & NRI, for which he has and continues to conduct various assignments.
